Been calling, texting, holding for "help" and getting nowhere for almost one week. Got a coffee bean order issue. Need someone alive to talk with me and resolve the issue. Nothing. Finally yesterday I got an email reply asking for my phone number. I sent it. NOTHING yet. What a shameful waste of time. Jura has NEVER EVER been an issue and I've used them for years and years.

Horrible customer service

Our 2000+ dollar Jura has been out of commission for the past week. I have called three times and sent three separate emails all to customer service attempting to get assistance in resolving the issues that we are having. I have not heard back from anyone from customer service/product support, in the meantime between my wife and I we have probably spent close to $100 in coffee over the past week by having to purchase at places such as Starbucks etc. at this point, I am ready to give up on euro and just go buy a alternative brand machine

Got a problem, cannot get a live person to help me. This is a new issue with Jura, for sure. I got overheated coffee beans delivered to me by hand via UPS and the coffee is damaged. I've been calling, holding, emailing, etc. for almost a week now. No live person has yet to talk with me. Surreal.

Resolved: Jura Customer Service and repair service stinks

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. The machine was sent back for a second time and I finally communicated with a person from their service and repair department.

Most of the guts of the coffeemaker have been replaced.

It turned out the problem was a faulty Jura water filter. Hopefully the whole saga was entered into their problem solving documentation.

Sent in my Giga 5 which I have had for about 5 years and love! Making a rattling noise while brewing, dripping instead of a product flow, constant filling system messages. Machine came back today, me, all excited. Premature excitement, same problems as before plus now looping filter flush cycle. Can only terminate by switching off. Called customer service complaining nothing was done. Their records show how much was done and they basically call me a liar. Want me to send machine back again. Tired of it! Swiss high end product - my rear end!

I emailed to info@***.jura.com per instructions. I have email tracker software and they open and read my email but don't respond. I have sent them follow-up messages to no avail. What kind of company does this? I am bewildered that I spend $1k+ and no one will respond.

Poor Customer Service

.Ordered Filters for my S8 coffee maker. I ordered filters second day air and paid extra for it. That was days ago. I am still waiting for filters. I made phone inquiries about status to no avail when I could get someone to answer the phone. I left messages to no avail. No return phone calls as promised. No response. What POOR service. You can't find anything out. I am about to return my new coffee maker to the place of purchase for Jura's nonsupport of for their product. Not much good to say about the New Jersey facility.

I have both a Jura Impressa S 9 and a Gaggia Accademia. Hands down, I will always be buying Jura machines because I have been happy about the easy cleaning and never failing to make great coffee. Having said all of this, you also need to buy coffee beans. Garbage in - garbage out. I always buy Lavazza

My Jura coffeemaker is leaking. The warranty is one year. Jura requires that I send the unit for repair (at Jura's cost)....which will take a few weeks. BUT they only guarantee the repair for 90 days!! So: I am without a coffee maker for two-three weeks and then if it fails again WITHIN 90 days, I will go through the same thing. If it fails after 90 days I will have to throw it out and buy a new coffeemaker I asked if they could not simply make a "swap" (even if it were a "refurbished" coffee maker....Jura said "no"....b

If you get Nike, hang up and start over - he treated me like I was stupid, gave me incorrect advice (told me to push the rotary button rather than the p button to resolve my question) then made it seem like I was incompetent. He needs to be removed from this role for a company with as expensive of products as this.

NEVER buy a JURA.

I have bought Jura machines and accessories for more than 12 years. I purchased a frother from them two months ago and they said not warrantied if bought from store that is a dealer only if we buy directly from them. BEWARE! I will NEVER EVER purchase another Jura item. Top dollar and if you want a warranty have to buy from them. Spoke to Taylor and then Christine today who spoke to her supervisor and they can't do anything. Anyone wanting to have a warranty must purchase directly from the company not an authorized dealer.

Uhh except they do cover it when it's from an authorized dealer. I had mine for 2 years and change and had to send it in a month ago after the covid craziness.

It was a bit over warranty (like a month or something) and they still honored it. Not sure what the complaints are about.

Totally ignored for an item returned

I had ordered a $ 1,000 Jura espresso machine from this company, which arrived with a manufacturer's defect. Something like that can happen in today's world. I returned this machine immediately, had to pay additional shipping and insurance via UPS,and even took the time to included a letter to the company. First, nobody ever acknowledged the receipt of this defect machine, and upon inquiry I was told that they received it. They also never deemed it necessary to contact me with the results of their inspection, and information when to expect a refund. In addition, they take all the time in the world with such an inspection, where I am concerned to get my money back asap. In a nut shell: Selling lemon products and providing lemons in customer service. Do not order from that company.
